Like a first time! The first harvest from our new forest farm in the heart of Guji, the terroir of southern Ethiopia.
◂Terroir and production

Tasting the first harvest of a new farm is an experience in itself! Gera (oromia for "wise man") is like a promise: the birth of our Ethiopian plantation. 70 hectares of native forest, 25 of which are co-planted with indigenous coffee varieties. Perched at an altitude of 2100 metres, Golden Farm is a haven of peace and luxuriance, a parcel of the authentic terroir that is Guji. A taste of Gera is a taste of the world to come, rooted in these thousand-year-old coffee-growing landscapes.
