This coffee provides an introduction to L’arbre à Café: an aromatic profile, accurate and simple, generous in the mouth anddelivered with exuberance. As with all Ethiopian coffees, it is characterised by a light cup. Perfect for those who appreciate aromatic explosion, dynamism and liveliness.
Sidamo et Yirgacheffe are the most prestigious Ethiopian coffee gardens. Thousands of micro plantations, sat on the highest plateaux (1600—1900meters), produce indigenous varieties close to the Bourbon and Typica.
The small sized coffee beans, are cleaned in the washing stations before being sent to Addis Abeba to be sold by the State monopoly to merchants. Those select coffees according to quality and traceability.
