Chakra is a perfectly balanced coffee with notes of nuts, flowers and chocolate. It turns out to be particularly mild and complex in espresso, and quite simple if in soft extraction.
Chakra is a coffee grown in the Marin family plantation. Marin is a pioneer and a leading innovator in bio-dynamics in Peru and the Andes. Set In the central valley, at Villa Rica, this plantation located in the mountains over 1500 meters in altitude perfectly expresses its terroir.
The work achieved over nearly ten years makes this coffee an elaborate and appreciated grain. This exclusive lot is the confluence of three main varieties: bourbon, typica and Caturra, produced in 2015, a tough year for coffee growing
in the Andes.
