WHAT SHOULD YOU START WITH? THE EXQUISITE INFINITE COFFEE PIE CREATED BY PIERRE HERMÉ IN 1999
The first time they met, Pierre Hermé asked Hippolyte Courty to try this humble pie. Hippolyte tasted it, and even if he found it delicious, he didn’t quite found that incredible flavour that gets him running around the world in the quest for the best plantations. He then offered to bring Pierre Hermé into his view of coffee. He showed him exquisite carefully chosen grand crus, a subtle world of plants, fruits of all size and maturity and various roasting and preparation.
