This is an ode to coffee and gourmandism. An ice cream out of El Castillo de Columbia, a bootomless espresso from Chakra do Dago, a sprinkle of crunchy cascara from Riccardo, a pinch of spices, a lot of love for a mouth-watering smoothness!
A sweet sensation to drink and eat at L’Arbre à Café. Desire, the coffee made for stunning days!
Ingredients for 4:
- 4 coffe ice cream scoops,
- 4 cups of hot coffee,
- Pinch of coriander seeds,
- Grind and roast some hazelnuts,
- Some cascara petals for crunchiness .
- Lay the scoops in 4 jars,
- Add on the grinded hazelnut,
- Sprinkle the hot cup of coffee,
- Sprinkle the coriander seeds and th cascara,
