Au coeur de la forêt is our colorful blend of two of the best Catuaï we've ever tasted, produced by two of our favorite producers, masters of fermentation and drying. Bringing them together was an obvious choice. Au cœur de la forêt is thus the meeting of two fermentations and two terroirs brought together by a friendship, a shared sensibility, and a historic variety, the Catuaï.
