◂Terroir and production

Tasting the first harvest of a new farm is an experience in itself! Soko (gold in Oromia) is like a promise, that of the birth of our Ethiopian plantation. 70 hectares of native forest, including 25 co-planted with indigenous coffee varieties. Perched at an altitude of 2100 metres, Golden Farm is a haven of peace and luxuriance, a parcel of the authentic terroir that is Guji. A taste of Soko is a taste of the world to come, rooted in these thousand-year-old coffee-growing landscapes.
